SeniPlays Program by Senitent - Rediscovering Joy in Playful Moments

SeniPlays, an initiative by Home Tuition Canada International under Senitent, aims to provide a platform for seniors to come together, engage in recreational activities, and relive the joy of playfulness. The program seeks to enhance social connections, promote mental well-being, and create an atmosphere of shared happiness.

Program Components:

1. Monthly Gatherings:

  • Scheduled monthly meet-ups at community centers or designated spaces.
  • Varied themes each month to keep activities exciting and diverse.

2. Classic Games Revival:

  • Rediscover the joy of timeless games: chess, cards, board games, and more.
  •  Foster friendly competition and strategic thinking.

3. Creative Workshops:

  • Art and craft sessions to stimulate creativity.
  • DIY projects for a sense of accomplishment.

4. Storytelling Circles:

  • Share life experiences and stories.
  • Promote a sense of community through shared narratives.

5. Music and Dance:

  • Enjoy music from different eras.
  • Light dance sessions for physical activity and fun.

6. Guest Speakers and Experts:

  • Invitations to guest speakers on topics related to seniors' interests.
