Home Tuition Canada International (HTCI) operating its seniors’ programs as Senitent, was incorporated in 2020. A team of seniors were voted by other seniors to lead this department under the Leadership of Mme. Esther Metuh, and together with the team they embraced the concept and supported the services and have completed more than 25 different programs.
Ma Esther Metuh proudly embraces her identity as a Nigerian Black Canadian woman. As a community builder, an advocate for black women and young girls which is a testament to her belief in the power to create sustainable change. Her work is driven by an unyielding belief in the power of connection.
Ma Esther Metuh is a beacon of hope who is a passionate about her community and guided by a commitment to address inequity and inequality, reduce the devastating impacts of racial discrimination and build inclusive spaces.
In her two years in this position, she has work tirelessly to build a community where seniors are respected, they connect, play, share and learn.

Ma Joy Natufe professional journey spans over decades, marked by her unwavering commitment to fostering inclusive and impactful environments seniors. As a retired teacher with Rocky View Education Board in Alberta, she consistently gone above and beyond to inspire his students. From creating engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles to mentoring immigrant and under-represented students, he has demonstrated an exceptional ability to empower the next generation. Francois Tchio is public relations Director of HTCI-Senitent Canada, where he leads initiatives to bring black seniors under a common umbrella, empower communities and foster sustainable development through seniors and youths’ partnership. With over 35 years of experience in the humanitarian-development sector, he secures funding and manages international and domestic projects to empower marginalized communities.
His leadership extends across multiple sectors including his work as the Board chair of Santa Credit Union, and Board member of the cooperative society. Outside of work, he enjoys adventures with his family, bringing a balance of adventure and purpose to her life.
Mami Agatha joined in July 2023. She holds a postgraduate certificate in education,
She is committed to empowering marginalized communities, ensuring sustainable development, and advocating for gender equality, children’s rights, and mental health. She remains committed to fostering inclusive policies and creating opportunities for underrepresented voices to be heard.
In her free time, Mami Agatha enjoys reading books and she is a devoted Christian and a follower of Jesus, she is also an Auxiliary Keyboard player in the church’s praise team.
Tenjie Godlive is passionate achievement-oriented educator, known for creating inclusive spaces, monitoring for improvement, and building policies and practices for inclusion. Tenjie Godlive brings deep experience as a teacher and community support worker as well as the leadership portfolio responsible for all seniors leadership programs, and youth engagement outreach connect program. He also served as the district officer in Cameroon providing extensive professional development opportunities and implementing strategies to eliminate systemic barriers for minority communities. Identify and target key community members and leaders who can serve as potential partners or advocates for the organization’s efforts. Connect community members to appropriate resources when available
Plan and execute community outreach programs, workshops, and events to raise awareness about Voice’s initiatives and services
Attend regular finance committee meetings and contribute to discussions.
